The BRICKS Training

The BRICKS project will provide advanced training modules for different target groups that will be involved of the overall BRICKS system.

The training activities are developed in order to guarantee and facilitate a future utilisation of the BRICKS system and services, but also to contribute to the professional development of the persons concerned.

BRICKS training policy

The training activities that will be carried out within the BRICKS project address a large spectrum of target groups, individuals’ profession and organisational position, and tasks. At this early stage it is impossible to define a “table of contents” which satisfies the training needs and requirements of all these groups. The list of contents is a function of the context. However, it is possible to identify a core of training content areas that apply to almost all target groups. These contents must be adapted to specific training needs of different target groups.
